When you’re completing the visitor registration form for the show, you will find a dedicated section for Visa support. Please complete this section in full.

Once submitted, you will automatically receive an official Visa invitation letter by email. This document should be used when applying for your Visa through the embassy or consulate in your country.

If you have already registered but did not complete the Visa section, simply email us at [email protected] with the following details:

• Full name (as on passport):
• Passport number:
• Date of Issue:
• Date of Expiry:
• Date of Birth:
• Business email address:

Once you have sent us this information, we will be able to generate the Visa invitation letter for you. This letter is what you must then use when following the Visa application process in your country.

If you need your invitation letter re-issued or corrected, our team is happy to assist.

We cannot contact embassies or influence Visa processing decisions.

You are responsible for checking the Visa requirements for your nationality and applying in good time.
