On 03/07/2023 ORLEN Oil and LOTOS Oil, as a result of the previously announced merger, combine their production, technological, logistics and distribution potentials, creating a world-renowned manufacturer of lubricants: ORLEN Oil Sp. z o.o.

Through the merge:

• ​We strengthen the leading position of lubricants in Europe

• We improve operational efficiency 

• We increase the production capacity of lubricants 

• We optimize the use of production resources

• We increase the distribution network 

• We gain more funds for investments related to the construction of a high-tech oil block for the production of group II base oils
