Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC)

• An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any individual or company hired to set-up/ dismantle or provide services to your stand, who is not an employee of your company, and who is not an official contractor to the Organiser
• Exhibitors must ensure that contractors they have appointed are familiar with the contents of this manual, in particular the:
  • Event Schedule
• • Display Rules & Regulations
  • Venue Technical Guidelines
• Exhibitors should notify the Organiser of their intent to use their own contractor(s) at the earliest opportunity, using Compulsory Stand Form 3
