The co-located events Lubricant Expo and The Bearing Show, will take place in Hall 9 at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany.

Set-Up (14* – 16 September 2024):
*Access on 14 September must be pre-booked
- Truck Ban on Sundays in Germany
- Heavy goods vehicles of over 7.5t maximum permitted weight (MPW), as well as trucks with trailers are not permitted on the roads in Germany on Sundays, 00:00 – 22.00
- Departure for these types of vehicles is permitted on Sunday 24 September, 22:00 onwards
- Vehicles weighing under 7.5t, may travel directly to the exhibition halls on Sunday 15 September, please access via Gate 1
- For a deposit of € 100.00 in cash, drivers can enter the trade fair for loading and unloading.
- Please note the time limits for entry and that deposits will lapse if drivers exceed these limits.

Dismantle (19 – 20 September 2024):
- Loading access will be through Gate 1
