All exhibitor contracts are for raw floor space only:
All stands must have walls and carpet/ flooring: use of neighbouring walls is not permitted
Pop-up displays, roll-up banners, stand alone graphics, etc are not considered walls and must be accompanied by shell scheme
You can order a shell scheme stand package from The Works Events via this manual
If you will be appointing your own contractor to install your stand, or if you will be installing your stand (walling & flooring) yourselves, please refer to the ‘Space Only Exhibitor’ section of this exhibitor manual
All Shell Scheme Exhibitors must complete Compulsory Stand Form 1 and an Exhibitor Risk Assessment
Exhibitor Badges must be ordered prior to the event, using THIS LINK
If you are shipping directly to the venue, please either ensure that a representative from your company is there to receive the shipment, or, coordinate the delivery with our partner, DB Event Logistics
Alternatively, consider making use of the advance warehouse facility provided by DB Event Logistics, for your shipments
