Stand Space
All contracts are for the floorspace only (unless otherwise specified). All exhibitors MUST order or supply carpet/ flooring and walls for their stand, as a minimum. View the floorplan to see your stand location.

Exhibitor Manual
The Exhibitor Manual is hosted by FFAIR. You should have been sent your invite email with a unique link to take you to the login page.
If you have not received this, please email the event Operations Director to request it.
Official Contractor
The Works Events are the official general services contractor for the event. They can provide shell scheme packages, stand fittings & furnishings, custom build designs, services, and utilities. The Works Events uses an online ordering system, which you should have been invited to. If you have not received an invite email, send a request to have your login details re-sent.
Marketing Assets
Please refer to the Marketing section of ‘Show Info’ on your Ffair portal for links to promotional assets and documents to help promote your participation in the event to your customers and networks.

Online Exhibitor Profile
You can update your online profile via the “Show Guide Profile” task in the Ffair exhibitor portal.
Scam Warning
Please be aware of scam emails relating to the Event. Any offers to obtain / purchase attendee lists from third party companies, or claiming to be the official hotel provider, are a scam.
Langham Travel is our only official hotel partner, and you should only book your hotel via the official event website. We strongly recommend that you do not engage with any of these other companies.
